"Awful. Out of state road trip and the car broke down. Alternator and battery needed to be replaced. They replaced the alternator with a rebuilt alternator when they told me it was new. They installed a battery that isn't meant for an SUV. 2 weeks later alternator broke and needed to be replaced again. They took advantage of a situation and when I called to ask for some sort of assistance, they wanted me to send the alternator back which would've negated any refund they offerred. Just terrible."

When we both needed new tires, Poor Boys had both of our vehicles ready the same day the tires delivered (mine was the very next day, his were special truck tires that arrived in 3 days). Before now, I’d never been somewhere that would take care of you the minute you walk in, no matter how busy they appear. I didn’t even have to schedule an appointment for my oil change, which was unheard of when we lived in Putnam County. And just like everyone else said, Mike and Sharon are always so nice and helpful. They have such a great team working there. I would have to move pretty far away to ever consider anyone else for all of my vehicle needs ever again!"
