"They are not very careful when changing tires. Tore off our caps, used steel wrench on our aluminum, cracked our rim, and used hammer on our lug nuts. Just feel the workers are not supervised just a bunch of buddy's hanging out. When you drive on the lot you have to hunt down someone to talk to instead of them stepping forward to ask if they can help you. They just look at you and watch you walk around. Aggravating."
