"my self and ex recently sold house with marion the broker of exit realty and I never did see or hear her at closing was told she was there and spent all time with ex which meant she wasnt there to also help me through signing and didnt even get a thanks after her having the privilege of selling house for me hope others in firm are not like this and did not appreciate how treated but got through it and never would use this agency again marion later agreed to compensate me a refund for what happened to me in return she wanted review removed and me to sign a paper agreeing to never write a bad review toward her again I decided money was no substitute for the truth thanks hope this was helpful to future home sellers or buyers"

If I was looking to buy a house I wouldn't have been interested in what I saw. They're were no pictures of the kitchen at all. I wouldn't recommend your agency to anyone."

There were things requested be fixed and taken care of prior to purchase which ultimately were not. Since moving into her new home, my daughter has had to replace and repair several things that were told and in contract by Angie that they were repaired or replaced.
