"My family and I have had by far the worst experience with Tom Klein. I understand that life happens even a pandemic but our experience goes beyond what is acceptable. After repeated attempts (emails, phone calls, office visits) to get clarification on one section of a will and simple answers to a couple of questions, I can honestly say we give up. I have never had to deal with blatant disregard of the concerns of clients, one of whom have passed!! The poor professionalism and dishonesty is deplorable. Six months our family has been requesting a phone call, an email, even video conference to no avail! I would not recommend this attorney to no one.
