"The Jackson County Veal is delicious here. I’ve never had theirs before. I grew up in Oak Hill with terrific veals. You can’t find that crispiness, slight sweetness, slight tanginess hardly anywhere, but its here at Gillespie’s. I already love their footers. I have loved them for a few years now. The staff even brought it out to me in their seating area. Just great."
"We really wanted Gellespie's Pizza. It's been a LONG TIME. We only come to Jackson on Sundays. Gillespie's doesn't make Pizza on Sundays. Sad for us. It was good Pizza."
"The pizza is good if you can get it, I got a take-and-bake Friday after 9pm which was understandable, but I was just told their kitchen is closed on Sunday’s. You can’t even order a custom take-and-bake apparently. I love this pizza and would love to give them my money, but I guess they don’t want it."
