"Good customer service in the store by Matthew. Horrible delivery experience. I recommended my grandma to big sandy based on my own past experiences in Ohio including the white glove delivery I had received in the past. It’s sad when you pay 50 dollars to deliver and INSTALL a refrigerator and only got half the install. She had a 12-4 timeframe and they didn’t arrive until 530. Now I understand the holidays and we took it into consideration. Yet, to install the handles with the packaging still on the fridge and didn’t even TAKE THE TIME to remove the plastic and leave an 88 year old woman to attempt to do after the fact is completely sad. I came in town and removed the other part, and the stickers inside the the fridge as well. I mean honestly if it was free delivery was one thing, but having to pay the 50 dollars, and not even get it delivered correctly is sad. See pictures of proof… shame on your delivery team big sandy."

"We were headed to Huntington to look at couches. We even had a cheaper couch picked out from a different store. We decided to go look at the Gallipolis Big Sandy store just to see if they had something interesting. We found Samantha who patiently guided us around the store while we tried out 5 different variations of sectionals with recliners. We realized right away the quality of the furniture was better. The options were endless. She let us have the time to decide and made the purchase so easy! I highly recommend this place. You don’t have to go to the big city to get great furniture. They are bringing it to us!"
