The customer service was amazing, from the polite front desk to my technician, Matt, who was flexible with my schedule and gave me regular updates on my vehicle's status. The quality of work and attention to detail was also top notch."

"I had an appointment made to have an estimate for damages done to my truck. The appointment was made by my insurance company 8:50AM. I received an automated response that the appointment was confirmed for 11:00AM the same day. After arriving I was told that they were overbooked and could not evaluate the damages. There was a scheduling issue with the system; understandable! What was not, is the fact that they knew they were not going to be able to honor the appointment and made no effort to contact me. I was greeted with "That is the other one from Traveler's" so, obviously they knew I was coming. A simple phone call would have been nice but instead, I had to take off work and be turned away in person. Not very good customer service."

She truly cares about each customer and Gerber provides excellent attention to detail. She even stayed open past 5pm so I could pick up my car! Can’t say enough on how pleased I am with the work and the knowledgeable staff. If you’re ever in the need of car repairs be sure to ask for Justine and her team!"
