Enterprise Rent-A-Car

"Over promised and under performed. Tried to get a rental SUV that I could transport an antique cabinet in. Was told it would be available then when I went to get the vehicle they tried to give me something else that wasn't suitable. The one rep I dealt with even insulted my intelligence by saying the station wagon they tried to rent was as big as a full sized SUV! Never again."

"I called a week in advance to have someone pick up my wife at body shop on monday between 8:00-8:30 they said no problem. She waited no one showed up when she called they said they was to busy she had to bum a ride from a guy at the body shop. I guess they lie when they say we will pick you up."

"I needed to rent a car. I needed a lift from the auto body shop. They couldn't give me a ride. I thought their motto is ,"We'll pick you up". There is not another car rental business in Ripley,WV."

"I didn't get the vehicle I asked for, so we had very little space. The lady let the person in front of me take the mid size truck which being we were 5 people, with luggage, would've fit us much better."

"Rented an SUV from them on June 26th while body shop was repairing my vehicle. Had a problem with communication error from State Farm. They worked it out and gave me one of the nicest vehicles I have ever driven. Both guys were very courteous."
