"We were happy to patronize small local business but we are disappointed with the follow up service. We purchased a new set of tires ($1100+) recently, now the truck is experiencing a terrible shake. After 2 revisits we were told today that because of the larger tire size their machine was unable to properly balance them when they were mounted. That info would have influenced our purchase! Hoping The Tire Barn is willing to arrange a proper balancing for the truck."
