"We need to fix a tire on our trailer. The driver reached the repair shop and waiting for the mechanic. The job was completed in less than an hour, but the mechanics are asking for over 500 dollars, stating it took them 3 hours of labor plus a 100-dollar call-out fee, even though the driver arrived at their facility promptly. After a heated argument, they reluctantly reduced the bill to 390 dollars, threatening to involve the police if the payment is not made. It's clear these individuals are skilled at overcharging and taking advantage of people. I strongly advise avoiding them at all costs."

"Man, this is not an advertisement. But it's going to sound like one. When it comes to price, speed and customer service, I haven't seen anything like A1 Truck and Trailer. I broke down on State Route 33 just off of I77. I hobbled in to A1 and boy oh boy was I pleasantly surprised. I fully expected to get shafted. Lol But it was the total opposite. They instantly got me in and repaired my brakes, turbo, leaking hoses, EGR Valve actuator, rewired VPod, and about three or four other things. $2,500! Of course, I purchased the Turbo and Actuator. But they supplied the other parts. Matt, the shop foreman is excellent with the customer service. In short, just a great place. I would recommend this shop to anyone in need of diesel maintenance."

"Very nice people. My driver’s hood didn’t want to open and he was close to this shop so he walked up to them and asked them to help. They helped right away. Nice to see there are still people in this world just willing to genuinely help and expecting nothing in return."

"They was nice on the phone and when they showed up the mechanic was nice and know what he was doing . They do have a minimum 2 hours that they charge 110.00 a hr. It was a bit expensive for what I had done but if I need them again I'll call them good guys."
