"I just love going here not because my vehicle needs help and they do a great job. It's s because of the people and atmosphere. Everyone is so nice and has no problem in talking to you about what's going on. The sweet lady at the front desk is wonderful and so nice. We need more people in the world like these people. You're doing a great job Brush's"
"Been a customer since 2001 when I hit my first deer. Have since hit several more and each time Brush's has been the place I go. It close to 40 miles from my house but the work is so good, I always come back."
"This winter I managed to hit 3 deer. When I went for the estimate they made sure my car was legal to drive and secured the headlight and bumper so I could get out of my rental. The work on my car took 4 days and was fantastic. Excellent work. I would go back again!"
"After hitting a deer with my car it was taken there for repairs. I have a 2003 BMW convertible. It was almost totaled 3 times. They worked with me to keep the cost down. It's taken time to get the parts and get the work done. I hope to have my car back soon. Replacement hood and the damage."
"I had hit a deer recently, closer to the end of October and had went through my insurance to fix it. Since it had been my first claim, I didn't have to pay for anything this time to have my car repaired after hitting said deer. State Farm, which is my insurance company, informed me of a few local places within a reasonable distance from my home, and Brush's was the closest to where I was living. Heard nothing but good things about Brush's, and now, I wish I had chose differently. My care went in on 11/10/14 to begin the repair process, and I expected it to at least take a week to finish repairs. They told me it would be done Thursday, called in because I had yet to receive any word from them, they said Friday because of a delay on parts. No problem with that, and then the next day I still yet to receive a call. Then when I do call, they tell me the same thing, received another wrong grill and have to wait for another, so the soonest I could get it was Monday. At this point prior to my Thursday call they had ordered two separate grills that were supposed to fit my car and got the wrong one. I understand a mistake or two, but now here I am Monday 11/17/14 STILL waiting on my car, as this is the FOURTH TIME I have heard "We got the wrong grill" and don't sound like they are putting much effort to get it here so I can have my car back. I work a Full Time job, 40+ hours a week, and have had to rely on people to get back and forth to work. I can't afford a rental, and my welcome is being worn out. This is absolutely asinine, and I am extremely frustrated with this entire situation. I am very patient, but I rely on my car for transportation and I can't even manage to get food from the grocery store. I can promise you I will NEVER return to Brush's Collision Repair."
