"We travel full time in our RV and the morning we were supposed to leave the Morgantown area, the brakes on our truck went out. Called around to 12 or so places and none could get me in, nor would they diagnose it, for at least 1.5 weeks. Called Woodheads and hearing that we were "stuck" here, they went out of their way to get us in and diagnose the problem. They got our truck fixed within 24 hours (had to chase down the needed parts), and while we extended our stay here until Thursday, they ensured we could get back on the road safely. "Service at Woodheads was the best I have ever had at a garage anywhere. Tammy went above and beyond when I needed tires for my Ram 1500. She called around to see if she could get a better price on the tires and beat everyone around by at least 20 dollars and that was mounted and balanced. The other places were charging more for just the tires alone. She also filled out my mail in rebate right there in the shop for me and made sure it went through.
