"I am by no means a car guy and usually need a lot of help finding or figuring out what it is I need. They always help me find what it is I need and are very understanding. They do install windshield wipers and batteries but will not change head lights or tail lights, but did tell me how to. I can usually be in and out relatively quickly. The store is kept clean and usually has everything you need in stock."
