"They illegally took ownership of my son in laws car wen they towed it and had the title put in their name even tho my son in law paid the same day to get it out. The female in the office is a rude and thinks she’s better than everyone. The lawyer said it’s definitely illegal what they did and my son in law could pursue it. My father worked for this company for years and I don’t remember ever having a problem as long as Barb and Kitty was in charge. They don’t deserve a rating but it made me chose one so they got one star. It’s a whole mess and lots of unnecessary costs that Nicholson won’t cover bc of their mistake."

Everyone at this company treated me as friendly as possible i felt like i was among friends the whole time.
