"I do not know where to start but our car broke down driving home to Texas and we ended up choosing to buy a new car. Tom and his entire team went further than I’ve ever had a dealership go. We stayed in town 4 days waiting to see about our old car and finally decided it’s time to make a decision to get home. They went to our motel, brought all our belongings and let us basically live in their waiting room with our 3 kids for the entire day. They let me cry and take my time asking one million and two questions. They laughed with me and made sure I was ok through all the 5 stages of stress I experienced. They let my kids make and east sandwiches, put the tv on whatever they wanted to watch, etc. They let me triple check my old car to make sure everything swapped over and let us pack back up.
