I am working on getting issues with the vehicle resolved at another Ford dealership because Herrington does not return calls. Wish I had something good to say, but they seem great when the'yre getting the sale, but you cannot get service after if you need it. :("

"I have had the worst experience dealing with Mark Herrington! We bought a car from his Marietta dealership and after having it home for two weeks we had to take it back down to him to have some work done on the car. They had my car for almost two months. I was making car payments on a car I wasn't even able to drive. Now we are still having car problems, major one in fact. Herrington gave my husband his personal number to call him if there was a problem. Now we can't get ahold of him. He sold us a lemon and I can't afford to trade it in for anything else so I'm stuck with a car that's not running right."

There wasn't a lot of haggling because they already had their vehicles priced well below market value. Priced to sell not to haggle. They didn't make me feel pressured and we got to take our time making a decision. I'd buy from them again and recommend them."

Then when I called to get more information, they told me that they couldn't speak to me because he was "Walking out the door".
