"My mother recently passed away and I have been trying to call a title service to get information on transferring her title. I found K and D using a google search. The woman who answered the phone had the most disrespectful tone in her voice upon answering. I started with a hello, I have a question regarding a title and she interrupted me and shouted "WHAT" to me. I repeated the question assuming a bad connection. Before I could finish what I said, she interrupted me and said "You have to call back later I am busy with a customer" It is NOT okay to answer a phone then instead of putting a customer on hold continuing to have a nasty tone with me because I was disrupting what you were dealing with. I am very disappointed in this process with this title company. Shame on you for poor customer service. You have no idea what someone is dealing with and it doesn't take much to be kind to ALL customers, no matter how busy you may be."
