"This is one of the worst kept car washes I've ever been to. Just moved to Caldwell and was looking for a place to wash my pride and joy lifted f150. About 3 weeks ago I went there to wash the salt off my truck and clean my super dirty tires. At the time neither the tire cleaner, pre m-wash or multi color foam options worked. I was pretty upset considering I just pumped $20 into this machine and I noticed a gentleman emptying the trash cans so I approached him and told him about the issue and his only response was he would tell maintenance, no resolution to my wasted money. Today, I really needed a wash and decided to give them another try 100% expecting the issues were just temporary and would be fixed by now. Well I guess customer satisfaction isn't a priority or even a slight concern because none of the options listed above worked this time eithe . No way to get a refund, no placard with contact info for complaints ... save your money and wash your car somewhere else."

This is your kind of clean. Want to wash it yourself, but desire a foaming brush caked with dirt that leaves your truck dirtier than when you came, and adds a few scratches? We have a "clean" for you.... What a waste..."

"The automatic car wash at 9:40 pm on the 7th of June just stopped halfway through the wash left my truck soapy and I paid for the deluxe wash but got less then a standard! I didn't even move my truck or anything extremely dissapointed"
