"As you can see, I had a flat tire. The manager helped me get back on the road. He went out of his way to help us I bought a tire plug kit. Tire pump and a large can of fix a flat. But ended up putting on the spare. He did it for me. Using his personal jack after the store closed. We are so grateful for him. 200 miles from home. My wife had to get to the doctor appointment the next morning. This world could use a lot more like him. Thanks Harley."

"Went in to get an air filter and wiper blades. Was not greeted when I walked in, 4 guys behind the counter. Looked up my own parts. Walked to the counter was greeted by one guy, the only one working on anything. His customer came back, he said I will be with you in a moment, helped the customer that was there before me, which is fine. The other 3 guys stood talking to one another completely ignoring me, so I had to wait until the only one who wants to work apparently, rang me up and took my money. Horrible customer service. That is really bad for a small town. I sure hope corporate reads this...oh wait they won't care they got my money. News flash that is the last dollar I will spend at Advance or CARQUEST. Hello NAPA auto parts."
