"Definitely better than the other guys, but that's not saying much. Overall not bad. So far in my experience the parts seem to be of good quality. The staff leaves a lot to be desired. Some of them are helpful, knowledgeable, friendly. Others are bitter, vulgar, trashy. I always come in with the part numbers I need so that I do not have to deal with ignorant questions. If they don't have something in stock, you can usually have it the next morning."
