"I have been very, very disappointed in Pinnacle Dermatology Beaufort Office. They seem unable to keep the professional staff long-term. I have asked to reschedule several times in the past few months. The latest disappointment is that my full-body dermatology check, scheduled a year ago for Dec 29, was canceled this morning because no provider. This means I now have a whole new deductible to meet....sigh, sigh, sigh ....."

"Got a referral to Pinnacle to check out a potentially dangerous skin condition (Possibly C-word). They scheduled me an appointment 2 months out from receiving my referral. (July 10th appointment scheduled on April 11th) On 30 June they texted me canceling my appointment, and offered to reschedule me in mid august. When that date didn't work out as I am scheduled to be out of town, I was told we can't help you. The receptionist I dealt with was polite and I understand it wasn't her fault. But ideally you would like to figure out if you have melanoma sooner rather than later. All in all extremely unhelpful waste of time dealing with this office. I had my referral transferred to another provider and will be seen within 2 weeks. Beware of Pinnacle"

"Before my appointment I tried multiple times to log in on the portal to fill out paperwork but wouldn’t recognize my information. I got there at my appointment time after driving an hour in pouring down rain and was immediately told I had to reschedule! It took me six minutes to fill out paperwork during this time no patients came out, went back, no one in waiting room …I asked to speak with management, was told they only allow 15 min per patient so while your waiting months to be seen expect to have 15 min once you meet with the Dr….. Don’t waste your time, no compassion for patients, while you’re standing there in pain, been suffering for months, expect to be smiled and laughed at while they send you on your way!! Please don’t make the Dr go over your 15 minutes, cause Sara Johnson’s time is obviously worth its weight in gold, and your time….. Well we all know Doctor’s never make us wait, lol Do yourself a favor, skip to the next name on your provider list… If I could give Zero stars, I would !!!"
