I was presented an easy digital form to provide details of my requests and current health level and my expectations of what I was looking for in services today. My wait was very short. The waiting room was quiet and comfortable. Thanks for making my morning so enjoyable."

"After a year of paying for the membership program and being a loyal customer for several years, I had to discontinue my membership for a few months. The spa would not refund me for the month that I cancelled since there was a cancellation window (May 2023), but told me I could still use the credit. Therefore, I had a leftover credit for a massage or facial. The spa did not inform me that the credit had an expiration date, and when calling to schedule an appointment in October 2023, they told me the credit was no longer valid and they would not honor it. I am now out $70 for a massage service that I was never able to use!! It’s ridiculous that they would not honor the credit after only 5 months. I would have continued to visit this spa had they honored my credit, but I am very angry and won’t be returning."

"My first time here and it will definitely not be the last. My massage therapist is Rachel. In a nutshell, it was truly “magical”! I feel like a new person. She took her time with me and did not rush in the least bit. I had a hot stone massage, full body. Rachel was so thorough. She even massaged my temples. What was fascinating to me was the oil she used did not linger and coupled with the hot stone was penetrating. The oil seemed to have evaporated. What a pleasant experience. You should also know the place is immaculate, including the bathrooms. On a scale of 1-10, I give them a 15. Thank you for everything Rachel! Oh, and let’s not forget the people at the front desk… Brianna and Brittany are personable and efficient; especially in making the appointments. Do yourself a favor and go to this place I highly recommend it."
