"Dear Best Buy/Geek Squad: Next time you say it will only be a 'couple of days' to run a diagnostic & then fix the problem, don't then avoid my phone calls and have me have to call you repeatedly to ask when my computer will be ready for pick-up. A couple of days turned into SIX days and every time I was the one to have to call you to ask about the status of my computer. Will be using someone/anyone else next time there's any issue with my computer."

"The Valdosta GA store probably just lost me as a customer as well as an at least a $700 sale. I walked into the store at approximately 12:55 and walked around the printers and Desktop computers for just shy of 30 minutes. I was looking hard at a $699 gaming system boy no one even approached me to see if I had any questions. One sales person asked a young couple if they needed any help and they were less than I'm guessing 25' from me. They did not want help so he moved on. I walked around the store after that looking for a graphics pad and didn't even see a sales associate so I left. I'm sitting in my car in front of the store typing this. Guess I'll look on Amazon for a comparable system. Good job Best Buy... NOT Pete"

"I went to Best Buy today on the way to Florida for vacation because my phone just absolutely stopped working. Aaron helped me get a new phone and set it up for me. He was absolutely fantastic and had great customer service. So thankful for him helping me and being patient while my daughter was cranky and tired. Wish I could give him 6 stars."

"If I could give less than a star I would. This business does not honor their own promotional sales. They are mot helpful and I would rather spend my money anywhere else but here. Do not waste your time or money they are a joke!!! Service absolutely sucks."

"I've bought two items in the last couple of months that I had bad experiences with. The first item I bought was a TV off their website. When I placed the order, I scheduled my delivery. Delivery day came, my order never arrived and no one called or emailed me about it. I called customer service and they told me I had not scheduled my delivery yet, even though I had the email confirming my delivery date. I had to reschedule my delivery manually with no way to guarantee they would deliver it yet again. The second item I ordered was the Limited Edition Spiderman 2 PS5. The day of the release I went in-store and placed my order, and was given a delivery date of 10/23/23. That day comes and I still haven't received my shipping notification. I called support and they told me my delivery date had been moved to on or before 11/6/23. That still didn't seem right to me since I couldn't access my order on the website. Upon further investigation, they discovered that they actually just took my money and were not going to be giving me a Limited Edition PS5. They also weren't going to notify me that, they weren't going to send me any PS5, and they were just going to keep my money. The only reason that didn't happen is I called them and checked on my order. It's like they took my money and decided to give away the item I had already bought and paid for to someone else. I am so disappointed in Best Buy. How can I trust them after they have majorly dropped the ball on my orders twice now? And these are not tiny issues. If I had not looked into it myself, they were just going to keep my money and not give me what I paid for both times."
