"I have been coming to this establishment since I moved here never had a problem. I bought an edge stick to support with fly aways, when I opened it. There was hair on it so I did try to wipe it of to see if it could of been a manufacturing issue. It kept going deeper into the product. So I went to the woman who is always there and she was adamant about not exchanging it even though I have gone here and suggested this place for years. I left the product there and I will never step foot in this place again. Thank you for being so disrespectful to the people who keep your business open."
"I went to beauty land to get some beads and rubber bands for my daughter. As I was looking for beads I noticed the owner was watching my EVERY move. It was super uncomfortable knowing that you cant even shop in peace and not only that … when it was time to pay I decided to use my credit card. I could barley pull it out and the owner said “I need to see your ID!” And I'm thinking is this a liquor store or something bc I have never been asked to show an id using a credit card especially NOT at a beauty supply store ! DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE ! I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! If I could do no stars I would !"
