"Don’t buy chemicals products, wigs, pony tails , jewelry from here because even though that’s all this store sells you won’t be able to exchange or return AT ALL even if the product is defective. Guy at the counter is unreasonable"

"Please do not come here… I bought a ton of jewelry from here only for pieces to break before even going in my ear. The jewelry in the box is “cheap” (his words), don’t let it being locked away fool you. This is obvious, selling defective items right out should be and probably is illegal. All sales are final even if the product was bad to begin with. Take your money else where to the countless other hair stores. Let me add fuel to the fire explaining my last visit. A woman was trying to leave after a young employee checked her out, the man (assuming owner) came and checked her receipt three or four times holding her up only to find everything accounted for… go elsewhere with your business."

"I came into the store to get some hair glue and didn't notice until i get home that it had already dry out, I called to let them know what happened and that i was going to come bring it back for another one but they had already close. Today i called the owner answered the phone i told him what the issue was he gave me the run around but stated i could bring it back for another one. I sent my husband to get it and he calls me because the owner wanted to know the time it was purchased yesterday and just giving him a really hard time just to exchange the item. This is not the first time he had an issue with exchanging something that was clearly defective on his part. He likes to follow you around the store and just act very creepy when shopping this will be my last time EVER spending my money at this store."
