"I rarely write reviews but this little beauty shop seems to have incredibly pleasant employees and nice deals. I didn’t buy anything the first time I was there because I came in to simply ask for one dollar when I couldn’t go home and got stuck. Fortunately I was able to come back to return that dollar and spend way more this time months later. It was a very happy purchase for me and employees were super helpful. The store itself has a pretty good selection of products, nice, quite and welcoming atmosphere. Thank you for being so understanding and amazing."

"I've been to this location plenty of times I've always felt welcome until today 12/31/23 time 1:30pm The woman behind the Register gave me the worst God awful dirty looks No customer service just nasty looks and a rude attitude to match I'll be finding a new sallys location for the new year"

"I submitted an online order to pick up after I got off of work (within the store's listed hours). I arrived during the store's listed open hours (before 7 pm). When I arrived to pick up my order, there were lights on in the store but the door was locked and there were no employees. There was no signage on the door indicating they closed and the store hours posted stated that they should have been open. Unfortunately I will not be able to pick up my order in the time frame now, as I am heading out of town tomorrow, so I'll be going to another Sally's to repurchase my order and letting this online order expire and refund. It would have been nice to know the store was going to be closed."
