"Don’t treat customers as if they are ignorant. If you’re going to run a business, you might want to educate your staff on policies such as if I purchase my MONTHLY package on the 16th of one month common sense means it will end on the 16th of that next month. But no, they expect you to keep a countdown of days? There are months that have 28 and 31 days, what about those months? Make it make sense to me that this is a monthly package? You should call them 30 day packages. Misleading and bad for business. Also, for the price. Beds aren’t worth it, and definitely don’t try and pay with a card because you’ll being up charged for each purchase. This is why I cancelled my membership here months ago and went to Palm Beach Tan, so much better, and wonderful variety of beds and great hours. I told my sister to do the same, but she decided to give them another chance here. Which will be the last for sure after her most recent experience due to the way she was spoken to. Just simply not worth it, I’d rather drive the 10 extra minutes for quality and not to be talked to like I’m an imbecile. Management, do better and update your ‘Monthly’ package, to say 30 day package, and explain to your customers that it isn’t actually month to month. Again, just go to Palm Beach Tan and don’t waste your time, money or energy counting the days here."

"I came here for a spray tan for my brother’s upcoming wedding and everyone was so nice! They tanning machine is really cool and the color is very pretty. I was afraid of having an orange color but this tan is not orange at all. It was my first time ever getting a spray tan and I got a weird splotch on my chest (probably my fault from when I put my clothes back on) and they were nice enough to offer advice and said I could come in for them to fix it. If I ever get a spray tan again, I will definitely come back."

"REALLY nice lady's that work there . She was very helpful was nice when asking any ? Even it it might be a dumb? She didn't care and the sray tanning bed was nice and clean I was looking for something quick and easy for a event needless to say I was a very satisfying customer and I do plan on going there more often"

"Best tanning salon hands down! Always very clean. The staff are always friendly and very helpful with any questions. They carry a variety of tanning lotions which the staff are very knowledgeable of. The beds always have great bulbs and I get compliments on my tan frequently! I won’t go anywhere else!"
