"Very displeased at the lack of professionalism. I have never been till what I thought would be my first appt. I even booked a massage and a wrap. The owner called me to schedule. I was sitting at my desk when she told me time I wrote it in calendar immediately. So I show up 45 min early. Sit in car till time. I go the door at 2:25 and it's locked. So I call. She tells me appt is at 2 and she left. I told her she said 230. So now I am out from work and no appt. Very pissed. Also if someone didn't show and you have their card info and had my number from caller ID where you called me and my email then why didn't you reach out to see if maybe something happened, then I could have came in since was already there! Not how you do business! Will not recommend or revisit. Sad because I am a very loyal consumer when I find a place I like. Your loss! I can't figure how to respond to ur response but have scree. Shot where I called at 230 but was standing out there at 225. So try again. I can show screen shot and even my assistant said u said on phone 2. No I wasn't coming back. Maybe take accountability. Even in ur message u said u sometimes make mistakes. Once I figure it I'll I will screen shot the call and messages"
