"Had the absolute best experience this morning for my first ever Botox session. I was so nervous and Vicky (nurse practitioner) helped calm my nerves with answering all my questions in detail and checking in with me throughout the process. I also asked about a complete skin care regimen, therefore Vicky designed a package based on my skin type and Taylor helped even more with checkout and scheduling my next appointment. No one was pushy or bothered by the 100 questions I asked as this is all so new to me. I felt so comfortable by the team’s friendliness and product knowledgeable which made this experience so great.
