"Ordered two grit bowl takeaways plus one hashbrown and was charged $27.60. They tacked on a $2.30 service charge, PLUS a $2.30 togo fee. TIRED OF THE UPCHARGING. Won't be going to Waffle House again."

"Ive been doing waffle house for 25+ years but this particular location in commerce during 2nd shift has some real issues as the staff is rude and not concerned whatsoever when you bring attention to the roach in my hashbrowns and get an attitude with me, HA! I dont think so lady so, I'm not paying the bill and I'll never eat at this waffle house ever again no matter how much I'm craving a chicken melt plate!"

"I’m very impressed by this staff. Driving through the area and stopped here before I started the day’s drive, and it was extremely packed. Couldn’t even park in the lot. Despite that, the whole crew was smiling, friendly and still making great food. I’m not one for leaving reviews but this certainly deserved it. What a crew."

"4:30 am and waitresses were geeked TF out! At least one of them 100%! There was no hiding it either. Couldn’t stand still, fidgeting gingers, grinding teeth, smacking lips, and talking with lockjaw. If I’d been there with my family it’d pissed me off even more. Food came out pretty good but it wasn’t a pleasant experience sitting there trying to enjoy it…."
