"Extremely rude service in the drive-thru on 1/06/24! Employee was confrontation when order was taken down incorrectly. Instead of correcting the order, the employee argued that they didn't take down the order incorrectly even though it included meat, and I'm a vegetarian. When a diet dr. pepper was ordered, the employee gave cherry coke instead without letting me know that they were apparently out of diet drinks. Employee refused to give a refund for the drink."
"Whoever owns this establishment needs to either hire more help or close! We waited in the drive-thru line for 20 minutes and 2 cars in front of me left. I got to the speaker and waited 5 minutes, and nobody greeted us. At that point, we left and went to Wendy's."
"I asked for fresh steak and cheese biscuit on light and it wasn’t and when I pulled around to take it back in it was a crew outside smoking weed and you can sneak it. Then he went in and went behind the counter and didn’t wash his hands and jump in dt. He had on a red shirt. I will not be back"
"I went by before work and order my food yesterday 12/19/2022. It was delicious plus fresh fries and burger is exactly what was ordered. I went by there today 12/20 the food was okay but the burger was not what I ordered. It was a single super star with cheese! Burger was cold cheese barely melted and very sloppy. Please keep this in mind that I got this same combo yesterday. I called three times and phone was answered but the person was rude because I mentioned to that I ordered a #7 combo the super star cheese burger and he said that’s not a number 7 then quickly said hold on hold on! So I hung up. Looked up the burger on line and the burger I got was not it! I tried to call back and no one answered! I will not go back to this Hardee’s ! I will definitely make sure to check before leaving the parking lot ! Lesson learned for me!"
