"No public restroom for customers. Will avoid coming here knowing that since I tend to double up for that."
"Won't be stopping here again. The girl working 6/13/23 around 6:00 has a bad attitude and a filthy mouth. Rude, heard her cussing customers and trash talking them after they left. I'll drive a little farther and pay a little more for gas before I'll go there and listen to her again."
"If you opt to fuel up here, be prepared for a game of price roulette at the pump. Debit is not the same price as cash, but there’s no information indicating this. Also, a lower price option may show on the pump, but you’ll get charged the higher rate anyway; and if you mention this to an associate inside, then that’s “probably a glitch.” Also, half the pumps are labeled “out,” and if you want a receipt, you’ll need to go inside."
"The lady that worked the day shift today (September 10, 2020 at approximately 12:30 p.m.) is very rude. She wasn't on the phone as usual, but I purchased a BLU disposable cigarette. After the customer behind me checked out, I asked her if the one I purchased came in a 5%. In a loud tone, she pointed out the flavors but not the question I asked. So I asked if I could exchange it for a different brand. I asked for a flavor that was in plain sight and she just grabbed one at random. She said you still owe me $5.34. Since she had already embarrassed me, I didn't tell her she gave me the wrong flavor. I DID tell her she didn't have to jump at me for asking a question but not in a loud tone as she had used. I paid the difference and as I was walking to the door, loudly asked me "what's your problem?!!" That's my last visit to that store. She should take a class on customer service skills from QT or Inman Fast Stop. (Manny and his staff make you feel welcomed; never embarrassed by asking a question.) The other girls at this Hickory Point are pleasant and polite so this incident is no reflection upon them. However, today's episode was enough to ride on down the road to a store where you feel appreciated. Tony Bell USMC"
"The old guy that works here is not the brightest bulb. I go in to buy 4 packs of cigarettes...needless to say I didn't leave with anything. The guy couldn't figure out how to take CASH for cigarettes. Yes I stated that correctly. Something about entering my phone number in credit card machine. What does my phone number have to do with buying cigarettes?!?"
