Firehouse Subs Moncks Corner

"January 20th, 2024. Ordered online at 12:40pm for order to be ready at 1:25pm. At 1:55pm they started the order after I asked about the status. Finally received my order at 2:05pm. Drink prep area in disarray. No ice. Fountain drink machine not functioning properly. Entire restaurant clouded in smoke. Seven other patrons waiting for over 30 minutes, one man close to an hour. This place needs a responsible adult. This might be petty, but no one said "Welcome to Firehouse". Not the quality of service I have come to expect from one of my favorite sandwich places. I am confident that a good leader can address the quality of service issues."

"17 dollar sandwitch.... Ordered a steamer with double meat PLAIN. get back to work and it had extra mayo on it. went back they remade the sandwitch but didnt get double meat. paid 16 dollars for a 9 dollar sandwitch and the same employee couldnt make the sandwitch right 2xs in a row (donated the dollar to make it 17 bucks)"

"Waited 30 minutes for a salad and if you're going to take that long to fix my food, you should at least get it right? I ordered the grilled chicken salad with salami and even though it took them that long to make it, they still got the order wrong. It had no salami, no bacon which I added for a dollar and no jalapenos Plus I also ask for extra cheese and paid extra for that too and that was nowhere to be found. You can literally count the cheese on the salad."

"Waited forever for my sub. One person making 10 subs while the other workers stood around and talked to each other. Some even standing outside talking to people in their car. McDonalds would have been faster and they're slow as hell !"
