"I would rather drive to 378 location. The staff is very friendly and never feels like we are an inconvenience. They are always personable. Charleston hwy location took me 5 minutes just to have some one take my order"

"Newly opened and they're doing a good job, but there are a few things to straighten out. The music was louder than the cashier so we had to ask them to repeat their questions. Ordered a concrete On Hold and they made it right away. My burger wasn't squared away on the buns and the toppings were awry. Custard wasn't as smooth as Freddy's on Killian. You're doing well for a new store. Keep it up."
"Being brand new, so some things could have been better but overall I enjoyed it and will b back. I can't image the learning curve opening a new store with most likely all new employees. Thank y'all for the great burger and if crisper the fries would have been better."
"Stopped by ordered a hot dog w/chili and a regular hamburger 1 patty, 2 small drinks. Pricy for what we got. The wiener on the hotdog was over cooked and like leather, the steak burger was the same. Not a good place to eat and we were looking forward to eating here. We will not go back nor will we recommend this restaurant. Told us before we ordered that they did not have fries, onion rings or other potatoes today! Ridiculous"
