"After my Lasik-ed eyes rebounded (after 10-12 years) I wanted to try hard (gas perms this time) lenses again. Katherine was so patient with my questions, very knowledgeable, and warned me that they might not work out. When they didn't I was refunded my payment for the lenses themselves. So I was disappointed, but not in Premier, I recommend them. I did get new lenses based on my exam and they are perfect, including those for computer work. I recommend a pair set for computer distance if you spend all day at the screen like I do. | July 2022 - I still have nothing but good words for Premier but I want to add that about three years after posting this I had cataract surgery, which stabilized my vision. The problems I was experiencing were not due to Lasik but to cataracts. If your prescription changes frequently and you are of a certain age, consider whether cataracts might be the problem."

"When I switched to this office years ago, I was pleasantly surprised by the attention both doctors and staff pay to individual patients. They use up-to-date equipment to form their diagnosis, but they also listen closely to the description of your symptoms and your needs, and they explain all of your options clearly. My night vision improved dramatically after my first visit and has remained very good, and both doctors have always been able to answer all of my questions to my satisfaction and respond to changes in my activities and requirements with excellent care."

"I am new to the area and this was by far the best experience I ever had for an eye exam and consultation for contacts and glasses. They were able to offer me an appointment sooner than others I had called because of a cancellation. They spent 90 minutes with me, explaining every option, and were very helpful with frame suggestions and alternative solutions to explore with contact lenses that may better suit my needs. They have a very thorough understanding of the the brands available and answered my questions that had often been vaguely answered in the past at other offices. They also presented several choices for my high power lenses, and the prices, very clearly and let me decide, without any pressure at all, if I wanted to upgrade to the highest cost options or settle on a lower cost option that would still accomplish my goals for replacing my older glasses. I appreciated their honesty and we agreed on a lower cost option. I would highly recommend Premier Eye Care and trust that my followup visit(s) for contacts, which are included in the initial fee, go as smoothly as my first visit. Most Google Reviews for them are Five Stars with positive comments. (Don't be swayed by the few low scores, as they were sufficiently countered by responses from the office, and I wish those who posted them would either delete their reviews or raise their scores after receiving the clarification/feedback from the office that addressed their questions/concerns.) I would like to see their overall score push closer to the 5.0 they deserve from my experience!"
