"I was the driver for my daughter-in-law today because she accidentally dropped and stepped on her eye glasses. She broke her frames. They loaned her a pair till the new ones came in so she could see to drive. I did not see the doctor, but as I waited in the lobby, I witnessed the staff with other customers. I was impressed at their professionalism, understanding, patiences and kindness with everyone. I have been going to America's Best for years. For my location the customer service has went down hill. The warmth has left. I will be discussing a change to myeywDr. with my husband today."

"The ladies are fabulous and friendly, I checked in and was called back pretty quick, the Dr Was very knowledgeable and super helpful. I lost my glasses so they had to work from scratch and he was super quick to figure out my prescription and got me totally set. Cost was very reasonable for super cute frames and all the extras I wanted on my lenses and they even came in earlier than expected so I can see again! I will for sure be going back and taking my kids there as well!!! I super recommend!!!!!"

"I am the worst, I lost the cards of everyone I met at this location. I wish I could have called everyone out by name but literally everyone that was in the office the day of my appointment was phenomenal. I have never met a friendly and caring staff such as this. Through the years I have always been subject to long waits and then being rushed out, but not here. These folks not only accommodated a last minute appointment, they took the time to give me a thorough examination and made sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I do not want to under value the friendliness and professionalism of the staff but I do need to highlight the fact that the doc was very friendly and the most professional I have ever experienced. I wish I saved his card but it was the guy from Jersey, he was awesome. Also, listen to the doc if he recommends the Bosch + Lomb Infuse, they are the best contacts I have ever had!"
