"UPDATE on my original review. Truck was purchased July 12. Was told nothing was wrong but o2 sensors...WRONG! Engine threw a rod and blew a hole the size of my fist on passenger side the day before thanksgiving, weve had to replace radiator, water pump, fan clutch, it had little to no front and rear diff oil, replace instrument cluster due to it not working, replace oil pressure sensor and oil sending pump, replace air compressor and lines, replaced O2 sensors and knock sensors, replaced shocks front and back, driver side back of the head was leaking and had to be repaired. Unfortunately they are no longer in business so nothing can be done to right this wrong. This has costed well $8000 in parts, labor and towing bills at the Holiday time and again they closed the business so no help there....go figure."

After browsing their user friendly website (updated and current inventory), I made contact with the dealership, and immediately received a response from Charles. Chatles was pleasant to speak with on the phone, he was not pushy or obnoxious, but was willing to assist in my shopping experience by making vehicle recommendations that would fit my needs, financially and otherwise. I was not just a customer, I was his customer, and he took ownership of the relationship we were building, and made me not feel like a number. He was even very patient with me as I made several phone calls, asking too many questions, but at no time did he make me feel like I was bothering him. When I arrived on the lot to checkout some vehicles, I WAS IMMEDIATELY greeted by Charles and Cadey. First impressions are lasting. They welcomed me to test drive the vehicle of my choice, with no hassling, or back and forth. Long story short I purchased a vehicle from Family First in Pelion! It was an overall great experience. I Would highly recommend. 04/05/2023...I have to edit my review, after only about 2 months the truck stopped working I had a certified mechanic look at it, and it was determined it wasn't worth repairing. I was sold a lemon. I now, have no transportation, I'll parents, sickness myself, and a debt for a vehicle that was pure junk. Im overwhelmed and disappointed. I can't recommend this business.. At all."

"They're very sweet, very nice people willing to help and meet me hafe way but the cars they have or the car they sold me has way too many mileage on it. I can't get coverage or a warranty on my car because it's over 300,000 mileage. They give me a option to get a warranty but I have too many mileage on my car for them to cover me so I'm stuck with payments and don't have a guarantee if my car will break down. They sale as is so be aware and make sure you want to do this because now I am paying out of my pocket. This car is not worth asking price. You at your own risk."

Casey answered all of my questions. we decided on the suburban and Charles allowed us to test drive and look around. he really gave us a good deal with a great down payment option!
