"I purchased a car here and paid my taxes in 90 days. Then the following year went to pay my taxes on it which I never recieved a bill for it but they took my money for taxes, only for me to get to DMV for them to notify me this car isn’t registered to me and they couldnt give me a sticker. So after months of running back n fourth to DMV and Bucks and no help in the situation at all, I was still riding around with an expired tag, tag went out in February and by June I had had enough. No one was taking responsibility for what happened and no one was trying to correct it, I was taking all the losses with a car I cant do anything with cause the title was showing up registered to someone in another state, I ended up returning the car.not getting any of my money back for down payment or any payments, didnt even get an apology but I ended up returning the car and turning the tag in bc I couldnt get a sticker to update tag bc the car was not registered to me. I have never had this happen and it disgusted me that they did absolutely nothing to help the situation at all and I will never step foot back on this lot again."

"We just bought a truck from them and 36 days after paying $18,000 the transmission goes out.... no slipping. Nothing. Just went out. We took it up there September 19th and they told us they were gonna take care of it since we just bought it for all that money get a call today and they want us to pay $900-$1400 on one. When we asked about “what about the y’all handling it part?” They replies that they decided to not go with the 30 day thing and that we would need to pay half for one and half would be either $900 or $1400. I wish that I could have left a good review this being the third car we have purchased from them, but with them taking back what they originally said to us I would not recommend them. Now we gotta try and see if we can get something better worked out through court."

"Friendly staff. They've gone up on their car sale prices and their trade in prices aren't as good as they used to be. Also, I've had issues (some minor, some major) with all three vehicles I purchased from there in the past 5 years, and none of the issues were made known to me in any way prior to purchasing the vehicles​, I was assured they were in good running condition. But if you're willing to pay well above KBB value for some of the newer vehicles on their lot, you'll get a good car."
