"This location is a poor representative for the NTB brand. They markup products over the price advertised, then they apply a discount that makes it look like they gave you a deal. If you complain they start saying it's taxes. I know better called them on was able to break it down in front of them showed them where the total was $40 too high. They kept arguing so I left never to return and warn others not to visit."

"The guys here are always so nice. The manager is a female which is a change from what you usually see. They're all very welcoming and take good care of my car while it's here."

"I used to love coming here because the employees were niice. they would very politely check your air and your tires but now I pull up no one comes out. I just pulled up just now when they were normally close on Sunday and they were not busy so I called and he says everybody's on break and there's nobody to check my air but that I was welcome to do it myself. yes I know they have a self check and I am a little scared to.check my own tires that I had tired blow up in my face one time but other than me what about the elderly you can't check their tires or do a self-service check why are you been offer it if you don't gladly provide it .there's got this there normally he's really nice and does it for me no problem he's very kind very nice and from another store I might add because everybody at this store that I've encounter thus far has been rude but he's one from another store that I used to visit. he's always very kind and polite it has no problem checking my tires maybe the rest of the employee should take some notes from him and try a little more customer service attitude rather than just answering a phone."

"Took my Audi in for some new tires and they broke my center caps and didn’t put them all the way on. Never even mentioned that they broke it either. Definitely won’t be doing service with them again"

"Had to call them to fix my appointment because I accidentally scheduled a different service, so they switched my appointment from 8am to 10am. No biggie, right? Well, turns out, they switched my appointment to a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT DAY without even telling me. So I end up wasting my time driving all the way there for nothing. Very dissappointing and unprofessional. Will not be returning."
