"I am so disappointed in the new front office staff at this establishment. It started with me being overcharged for a service during my appointment. After about 10 minutes of debating on the spot, I paid it. I later confirmed that I should have not been charged that amount and was provided a refund of $10 more that I should have received. I made this known and they insisted the refunded amount was correct. About a month later, I received a bill for the amount I was overcharged. I contacted Apex to rectify the issue and was told a few different things. Ultimately I was advised that the system hadn’t caught up. A month later, I get another bill which led to another call. Shannon didn’t have any answers but advised me to call my insurance. I did and they verified that the bill was erroneous and also had a conversation with Shannon. Shannon then called me back and advised that I was good. Well another month and here comes another bill. I spoke to Sagan (manager) and he stated that he would contact their insurance/ billing dept and call me back. This was on a Friday. Tuesday comes and no call, so I placed another call to Apex and spoke to Shannon. Now, she is simply telling me that she doesn’t know. That was her answer to most of my questions. I then ask to speak to Sagan who I can hear in the background saying that I need to call my insurance because they did not pay the bill. He would not come to the phone. I humor them and call. AGAIN my insurance confirmed that Apex was incorrect and I did not owe the billed amount. Finally, they pay enough attention to acknowledge the error while speaking to the insurance rep. After supposedly rectifying the issue, I NEVER received a call from them with an apology or anything. I even called a few days letter requesting correspondence that I did not have a balance. This was about 3 weeks ago and I haven’t received it yet. Since this new company took over things have gone down hill. Prior to this, I was a happy customer of 4 years. I will never step foot in this place again."
"Was able to make a same-day appointment. Dr. Heath was great, answered all of my questions, and very thorough. Office staff was helpful in selecting frames and assisted in straightening and adjusting my mangled current pair of glasses."
"I needed an eye exam for my drivers license renewal, so I looked online and found Apex. Was able to book an appointment for the next day with no problem; and when I arrived it felt like they’d actually prepared for me to come, unlike most walk in eye clinics. The online booking made everything super easy because they already had my insurance info on file, I just had to fill out some standard paperwork. Staff is really nice and professional, they got me in and out in an hour. Super pleased, and excited to go back!"
"Eye Dr. Was very nice and did not rush the appointment. She was thorough and we talked about my eyesight as it relates to my overall health/other medications/lifestyle. She is a great doctor. When picking out new lenses, I did not feel pressured to buy right then. All numbers were given very clearly and with dignity/respect. Checkin was also easy and not at all stressful. Everyone at this office is very nice. I am glad I came back this year for my appt."

Dr. Kristie spends quality time answering questions patiently. Ann and Chris suggest a good fit of eyewash. Shannon always takes your calls and gets a response.
