"My review has changed since a year ago, as customer service here is no longer that great. I'm there once a week...and it seems that the place gets worse with each visit. Its becoming more of a hangout than a business. Customers should neither have to walk through a cloud of smoke to get inside or wait ten minutes to make a purchase, when there is no line. If the owner is going to have people hanging around smoking and those many numbers, why not just open a hookah lounge?"
