Reviews of Kraemer Women's Care
"If I could give this place zero stars or even negative stars, I would. Don't waste your time here. Just take the 10 minutes drive and go to Lexington Women's Care. Let's start at the beginning: the wait times are freaking ridiculous- 2.5 hrs after my scheduled appointment. There were days I was supposed to pick my husband up after my appointment, and couldn't because they had me waiting to be seen for so long. Ashley Robinson Munn incorrectly measured my baby bump TWICE. The first time she openly admitted to it, and only redid her measurements because I asked questions about how they measure the bump. She guesstimated on my baby's heartbeat because she was too busy talking about her own kids. The second time she told the receptionist to schedule me for a sooner appointment because my baby bump was measuring too small, but she never bothered to tell me that during my appointment. I had to specifically ask to never see Ashley again; I've never done that before. The ultrasound technician, Tatiana, told me at 21 weeks pregnant, I was 2 cm dilated. At 24 weeks pregnant, she told me I was 4 cm pregnant. I started experiencing Braxton Hicks contractions around 24 weeks, and thanks to Tatiana, I went to the hospital thinking I was going into labor after hearing I was 4 cm dilated. In addition, I had my MIL with me for my first appointment, and she gave my MIL a MAJOR attitude about being in the room with me for the ultrasound. The receptionists always have huge attitudes. I would go to check in, and they would both be rude and snappy with me. I had an appointment with Dr. Koehler the day after I went to the hospital for some tests to be ran in regards to my pregnancy. Koehler didn't even look at my chart or anything before he walked into the room. I have access to my test results before my appointment, so I asked him about it. He left the room for about 10-15 minutes, came back in and told us to go back to the hospital to get induced. Dr Ravenell delivered my baby, but didn't catch the tear I had. Nor did he notify me or my husband about it. I had to make an appointment 6 days postpartum to figure out what was going on. They failed to give me any care instructions for the tear, so I did my best to keep it dry and clean. However, when it got infected, I tried to make an appointment, and the only available appointment was at the location in Lexington 1 hr away from me. I show up 10 min late, they refuse to see me. I called their main number, and Kraemer himself tried to make things right. Well, Kraemer made a follow up appointment with me. When it came time for my follow up appointment he didn't look at my chart before he came into he room. He then sits there and asks me why I'm here to see him. During my appointment 6 days post partum, the ultrasound tech told me they had to do the ultrasound vaginally knowing good and well I had a tear. She then decided to stop in the middle of inserting the wand because I was whimpering in pain. She made that experience so much worse by doing that, and put me in so much more pain than if she had just fully inserted the wand the first time. I even told her before tried the first time that I was going to be in a lot of pain during it and to just do it. I had to repeat myself after the second time of her getting halfway in and pulling it back out. To top all of that off, Kraemer never sent in my prescription for antibiotics. I had to go to the hospital to get checked out and get antibiotics. Kraemer also said he didn't know what type of infection it was, but the ob/gyn on call at Prisma baptist knew what type just by looking at it. I was told that tear would heal by 6 weeks. I had my baby in November. It was January when I decided to get a second opinion on it, and I'm so glad I did. I had to undergo surgery to get the tear fixed all because of Kraemer Women's Care's negligence. If you made it this far, congrats! Don't ever set foot in this place!! Especially to see Ashley Munn. There are several complaints of her ignoring patients or being downright rude to patients."
"Absolutely terrible do not go here. I think this is my first one star review ever--I don't normally do this. But my experience was just so bad in so many ways. To keep it brief I'm only going to provide necessary info. I waited for over 40 minutes fully naked (mind you its really cold) for the doctor. I've been to doctors officed where we had more than paper to cover ourselves. Do better Kraemer. When I say the doctor was in and out in less than 5 minutes that is an overstatement. She didn't listen to a thing I said. I need a prescription filled, which she said she was going to fill, and its been a week and a half without this prescription and it's still not filled. Mind you, without this prescription, I could lose my only ovary, which is on their records. I have called 3 or 4 times asking them to send it over. They've admitted to sending it through a route that they KNOW causes issues, and rather than calling the pharmacy since, you know, this is important as I'm 22 and about painfully lose my last ovary, they continue to ignore my requests. I will not be coming back here ever. And I hope for the sake of your patients, you change your system for the better instead of shrugging this off or ignoring it, like you have been."
"I had a terrible experience at this private facility. Rose the unpleasant lady who works as a receptionist should reconsider if this job is for her as the way she speaks to people over the phone and in person is disgusting. I don’t think customer service is her specialty. The wait time here is terrible!! You will wait for over an hour when you have a scheduled appointment and then once they get you in the back your whole appointment will be rushed. You get to see your ultrasound and talk to your doctor for about 5 min total. Take your money and time somewhere else where they value you. If you have an emergency or need to speak to someone you will wait on the phone and get transferred multiple times before speaking to someone who can actually help."
"saw Dr. Dianna Ravenell for a chronic issue i’ve been having, and she really listens and made me feel a lot better about my results and managing my care. the sonographer Jan was kind of cold, and borderline rude with an attitude pretty much every time she spoke. i (outloud) expressed my distaste for her attitude as soon as she left the room, and caught a side eye from her through the glass. it was a fairly invasive procedure so not feeling like an inconvenience would have been great, but i try not to judge an entire practice for one person. may not come back to her exact location but will keep seeing Dr Ravenell!"
"Dr. Kraemer & Dr. Ravenell and the rest of the team are the absolute best! I would recommend them in a heart beat! They care and they take their time to make sure you and your family receive top tier healthcare. I have not met a team of providers more professional and supportive as these individuals!"
