"I absolutely love this office. They care about you and they really put your care first. I am so appreciative of my care team. As of now I would not think about seeing anyone else."
"Dr. Brian Heaberlin is absolutely racist!!!. If you are African American you will be called "AGRESSIVE" after asking him to please check with you prior to bringing uninvited guests into the exam room and not even introducing them. He will not take your issues as seriously as he would a white patient. I was complaining of a previous issue and wanted to be tested again and was told he wasn't able to do so,wen we all know a Dr can word something well enough for it to be accepted and approved. The entire Lexington medical system is racist but so far, Dr. BRIAN HEABERLIN IS THE WORST!!! Prisma it will be."
"I have been in chronic misery due to sinuses since I was 8. After moving to SC six years ago, I found one ENT who I liked quite a bit but told me surgery would not be beneficial to me despite a deviated septum (Which he said was only "slight" and not causing me any issues). After being treated by him for several years with no improvement I grew frustrated and decided to look for help elsewhere. And then I found Dr. Rawl in the LMC directory book provided to me by an urgent care. I did have to wait a while for the appointment but my God I see why. She's no muss, no fuss. I have never had a long wait in the waiting room and I'm seen almost as quickly as I get into an exam room. She comes in, does the exam, gives you all the factual information you could need, and then you're on your way. I've never had such an efficient doctor. First time I saw her, she changed some meds, put me on antibiotics and steroids to clear up an infection, and scheduled me for a CT so we could assess whether this was a problem that required surgery or the allergy testing/shot route. Got the CT, went back for the follow up, and got scheduled for surgery. Every time I send a message through MyChart Courtney has responded same day. She has also been incredibly patient and diligent in helping me get all my documentation for work faxed in. Everybody in this office is fantastic right down to Whitney and Stephanie. I am eternally grateful for their care, attention to detail, and efficiency. Dr. Rawl and her staff are absolute rockstars who will do everything within their power to make you feel better and most importantly, they value your time in the process. I hate it took me almost 30 years to get some relief but obviously it took that long to put me on the path to finding the right doctor and medical team."
"I took my daughter in today for an ear infection her pediatrician diagnosed her with on Saturday. After 5 days of oral antibiotics and ear drops nothing was clearing up. The NP Amy was great. She attempted to clean out my daughter’s ear and suggested that my daughter be scheduled to be under Anesthesia in order to fully clean out the infection and replace tubes if needed. Dr. Heaberlin came into the room after speaking with the NP, he had the wrong child’s information and when the NP corrected him he stated “I guess I wasn’t listening to you” then disregarded everything the NP wanted done and told me to do another type of ear drops but that there is a risk of hearing loss with the ear drops and that due to her ear canal being so swollen the drops may not help but to give it a week and bring her back. Instead of doing the surgery to help her faster, he was willing to risk my child’s hearing, and try something that most likely wouldn’t help her. We canceled any other appointments with their practice and are being referred to another ENT tomorrow morning. My child’s pediatrician seen her this afternoon and said she should’ve been admitted or scheduled ASAP for the surgery cleaning."
