We could not ask for a better clinic to serve our community both personally and professionally."

"The Caremed Clinic in Graceville has filled a large need in the community, since Graceville lost its hospital in 2017. I noticed that some of the reviews have complained about having to wait to be seen. In my opinion this is customary for a walk-in clinic in a rural area without many other healthcare options. I have never waited over 30 to 45 mins to be seen, and I don't think that is excessive, especially since it's only a 3 person staff. I have waited double and triple that at other facilities in larger cities that have more staff. I have personally observed the staff on some of their high volume walk-in days and they are always professional and compassionate. I miss when they are out. Morgan and Brayden are always hospitable and acknowledge those waiting in the waiting room (they are very courteous and let me know it may be a wait, that they've had extra walk-ins, but they will be with me as soon as possible). Even while managing phones and patients inside and outside for Covid testing this team greet everyone with a smile. Both Hannah and Brayden's bedside manner is excellent. It's evident that they truly care about their patients and the care they provide. Hannah is efficient at keeping patients moving, while also addressing all my questions and concerns. I never feel as if I am rushed out the door. Morgan, Brayden, and Hannah are a great team, I am thankful to have such great care in Graceville!"

"This clinic, the staff and Hannah Tolar are by far the best all around than any clinic I have been to in Florida. I moved to the area 2 years ago and began trying to find a family doctor and after alot bad places, I decided to travel back to Mississippi to old clinic. Earlier this year I heard about this clinic and visited for an initial information gathering. Since that time I have began using them full time. Professionalism, bedside manner, courtsey and compassion are hard to find qualities within the medical community these days. This staff all share these same values."
