Because I had Ford points my oil change and tire rotation were free. Been buying cars from Family Ford (previously Bilton Ford) for more than 25 years. Always treated fair. As they say, it's cheaper in the country! The only place I will go to buy a car."

"I purchased my raptor through ford.com and had it delivered to this dealership. I regret that decision to this day. If you want the job done right, try a different dealership. Do not go for service, unless you enjoy the service department deciding for you what work will be done. Twice they did not replace my breaks that was requested before hand. Why? They didn't order them."
