The staff were all very kind & went through my insurance with me when I expressed my concerns. Any question I had, they were able to answer. Definitely will be coming back to this lovely office!"

"I suggest looking somewhere else not very transparent and lack of communication. Replying to recent reply: I’m very disappointed. Maybe your staff is not owning up to their errors but it was mentioned before I made an appointment to have an eye exam 5 months ago (In April to be exact). Regardless, it’s very unprofessional to not communicate and be transparent to patients. Then why is the reason new patients fill out a form before the appointment? I’m surprised no one read it and blindly performed a test! Thank you but we will look somewhere else. Trusting a provider/staff is a must for me and my family!!! Dr. Cooper was very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. I went to see her to help me with my dry eye problems since other doctors only suggested using eye drops. She was informative and took her time to check on me. She gave me an option of another treatment that no other eye doctor has suggested before to me, which, I’m holding on to get done bc of my insurance situation. The reason I didn't give 5 stars. When I called to make the appointment. The front desk receptionist told me that my medical insurance for told them that I recently got an eye checkup. When I got seen I got an eye exam without any explanation on what testing they were doing to me. I thought they were using the eye machine to see my dry eye. The young man did not inform me it was an eye checkup and did not communicate upfront that it was a procedure for first-time patients. Neither did he inform me that I had to pay out of pocket. I find it very unprofessional that they do procedures without notifying their patients and surprise you with a balance payment. It's not a good impression of the office. I am a patient who appreciates transparency unfortunately they lack in that area. Now, I'm not sure if I should go back. I was planning to have my entire family see Doctor Cooper because she seems to be a knowledgeable Doctor."

"Had a great first experience with Dr. Cooper in her office today! She and her staff are friendly, listened well, and answered my questions thoroughly. I was referred to Dr. Cooper by my parents who are in their 70’s and both recently went through cataract surgeries. She has provided them with wonderful post-op care, which prompted me to make an eye appointment for myself!"
