"Absolutely amazing and honest staff! I went to another repair shop and they told me I needed front and rear brake pads and rotors replaced, then quoted me over $1000. I went here for a second opinion and they told me I only needed the front pads and rotors replaced and charged me just under $300. Called around 7 auto repair shops in the augusta area and they were the cheapest. They absolutely could’ve told me the rear needed replacing as well, but they were honest. I would rate them six stars if I could! I’ll definitely be going to them for any future problems, and I cannot recommend them enough."

"These guys are AWESOME!! If you want a quality job done by mostly professional people... This is definitely the place. I say mostly professional ONLY because the guys there know how to enjoy humor and bring fun into their jobs and it seems to help them fine tune the quality of the work they produce. It also helps relieve the awkwardness and stress of sitting in a waiting room for your car. Speaking of waiting room: they JUST had a brand new HVAC system installed to add comfort to the list of things to make your visit easier and more managable. Go see them and you will see what i mean! "Here is a (recently moved to this location) Auto Fleet repair facility I trust. Usually they are very busy with Fleet Repairs and fixes for the (next door) AC Auto Sales lot, but if you can schedule time to talk to the front desk for an appointment they can repair almost any (weird) problem you might have gotten your car into. Prices are reasonable...they are better if you arrive with breakfast sandwiches when you drop off your car. I trust my mechanic Justin who works on my 40 year old MGB, my 20 year old Honda, and my 20 year old BMW. Thank you. Joe"

"When I first started coming here a little over a year ago the atmosphere was nice and the guy at the front was very friendly, I come here for oil changes because the place where I purchased my vehicle work with this company. Then the atmosphere wasn’t the same after my 3rd visit, my most recent visit wasn’t good, I asked if they’ll be able to check out my vehicle because my SVC and low tire pressure light is own, he stated he’ll have to charge me $45 to check my SVC light and told me I just needed air, I told I’ve been putting air in the tire and it’s still there, then he says you’re probably putting too much air, I asked if I can at least finish my statement, I then told him I’ve even changed the tire numerous times and the light is still one and the tire is going flat. He stated they’ll check it, once I got my vehicle back all they did was put air in the tire, my light is still on and two days later began going flat again. All I wanted was for this issue to be resolved so I can pay for my services and keep it moving, I’m sure if my husband was with me it would’ve been a different story! I guess moving forward I’ll stick to my oil changes."

Twice now they have given me prices substantially lower than others and did the work quickly and with a smile, they have also informed me that other places gave me the wrong diagnosis when what they told me is cheaper and more accurate per the conversations creating an impeccable trust factor. They treat you like a person who works hard for your money and not just $$$ signs. They are now my go-to spot for everything from oil changes and tune ups to catalytic converter replacement!"
