"11 days and half my order still hasn't shipped. Called multiple times, told "they're coming from slow warehouse," or "I'm sure they shipped and we just don't have tracking number yet." Today, the 11th day, I asked them to call slow warehouse and see if and when they were going to ship. Needed them this week but now it's too late for that, but wanted to know when to expect them. They said they would call me back. They didn't and now no one answers phone. I wouldn't buy here if you expect timely response."
