Lindsey Fried Is probably the most knowledgeable and personable Person I have ever met. She actually listens and she wants the whole story not part of it. I like that. I highly recommend this practice."
"I have been with Dr. Alexander Marshall for thirty some years. He is very patient and caring. If I had a question he couldn't answer he would always research it and call me at home with an answer. He came highly recommended to me when I was looking for a doctor and I highly recommend him. Dr Marshal has retired and his place has been taken over by Dr John Ferguson. My wife and I see him and we are both very happy with him. He is very patient and answered all our questions. Very caring and informative I highly recommend him."
"RSFH’s entire vibe has changed in the last 5 years or so. Long gone is the great customer service they were known for. Everyone was moving in slow motion like being there was sucking the life out of them. Before you’re greeted, they ask for your ID and insurance. I was at an Express Care to have routine labs and was told l would have to wait until the lab person returned from her lunch break. Seriously? No one else in the entire building can draw labs? And how long are lunch breaks? There was no sign saying the lab was closed for lunch, not even a post-it note with “BRB”on it….nada!. I waited and waited, not ETA offered. I got fed up and left. Do better…."
"Update: I am forever thankful for Monique today. She was incredibly compassionate, helpful, and worked hard to get me in after the doctor had to reschedule my appointment. She listened to my health concerns and went above and beyond to get me in sooner than later. She’s the type of person we need more of in the healthcare industry, thank you! Me and my husband were new patients. The doctor only took first thing in the morning appts for new patients, which was not convenient for us. My husband is on hourly and took a morning off to go to his appt, but the doctor didn’t even show up. No one called us to reschedule, which is very disappointing. We would have been satisfied with a call an hour before, but nothing."
"I had a 1:30 appointment to get my second Covid Vaccine. I received email to check in by phone and hit the I Have Arrived Button in email when I got in parking lot. I did that at 1:00 and a reply came back-check in complete and we will be with you shortly. I waited in my car 45 minutes and decided to call after seeing several people going in. The lady answered said I was to come in. I went in and showed her the response I got on my phone. She didn’t know how that happened. It was 2:00 now and waited another 30 minutes. I went to see how much longer it would be and was told at least 45 minutes. I asked her why have an appointment?? She said it doesn’t mean anything to have an appointment. I told her I would come back later. Called about 1 hour later and she said it would be a 2 hour wait. I was amazed at the nonchalant attitude. I explained I made an appointment because I’m a cancer patient and did not want to spend a lot of time waiting with the possibility of contracting an infection. This is the worst medical clinic in being professional and caring. Just know even though you have an appointment you could still wait 2-3 hours. This is the new Roper Express Care on Ashley Crossing Rd"
