"They have no business installing hitches. The hitch installation was supposed to take 3 hours we gave them 6 hours and they still were not done. The wiring was not get done and we asked for a refund because it was obvious that the installer did not know what he was doing. This is not the place to get a hitch installed. The manager was no help in this area and argumentative about our complaints to the point that we had to threaten to call the corporate office for a refund. Very disagreeable experience."
